Our beautifully maintained luxury villa has 4 bedrooms: 1 master bed
with en-suite, 1 queen bed with en-suite & 2 twin rooms. The
spacious layout of the villa is designed with versatility in mind.
The property has two separate living rooms and as both the Master
and Queen bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom this makes it
ideal for individual families or larger groups.
There is a formal dining and living area as well as a social family
room with open plan fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook with
table and chairs which overlooks the pool area.

The Master Bedroom is spacious and has it’s own huge luxurious
Master Bathroom with double vanity units, walk-in wardrobe, bath and
huge walk-in shower.

The other three bedrooms are situated on the other side of the villa which consists of the Queen Bedroom with own en-suite bathroom, the two twin bedrooms and another bathroom.

The spacious fully screened lanai / patio area has an extended pool
deck and swimming pool and has excellent furniture for lounging,
seating & dining al fresco and the spa provides the ultimate evening
relaxation after hours in the sun walking round the parks. As the
pool area is south west facing it has sun from 9am until sunset,
perfect for topping up your tan or simply chilling out and watching
the sunset, the illuminated ceiling fans add a cooling breeze for
those warm Florida evenings. Access to the pool can be gained from the living room, the family
room and the master bedroom, each having patio doors with clear
views overlooking the entire pool area. These
doors are fitted with alarms for your children's safety.

Cable TV, DVD Player & DVDs keep the whole family happy during those
well deserved rest breaks. There is also a PS2 and games to
keep the kids or the “big kids” in your party occupied. For
additional entertainment there is also a pool table in the garage.

New soft furnishings, linen, towels & outdoor furniture maintain the
high standards and upgrades throughout the villa.
The breakfast bar with adjacent dining nook overlooking the pool
compliments an open plan kitchen area which is fully equipped with
the latest cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer
with integrated icemaker. A separate laundry room provides an
individual washing machine and tumble dryer.
